At ONIT Athlete, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags remain attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
